Q: How do I transfer a ticket to put it in someone else’s name?
A: If the event organizer is allowing tickets/invitations to be transferred you will receive a ticket transfer link in your confirmation email. Follow the link and enter your email address to find your tickets/invitations. You can then transfer your tickets/invitations so that they will appear in someone else’s name on the guest list at the door. After you transfer a ticket(s)/invitation(s) to one person, if you have any left over you may transfer those to another person, and so on.
NOTE: After you transfer a ticket/invitation you will not retain any control over those tickets/invitations. They will then be controlled by the person who received the transfer.
NOTE: When you transfer your tickets the system will send you an email requesting confirmation of that transfer. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE LINK IN THAT EMAIL TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER!
Q: The website is telling me that my card cannot be processed, why not?
A: Your bank or credit card company may have blocked the transaction for any number of reasons, we’ve found that corporate cards in particular can be difficult. So if this happens please try calling your bank or credit card company, describe the problem to them and let them know that it’s an authorized charge and they should then let the transaction be processed.
Q: I keep getting an error message when I attempt to purchase tickets, what should I do?
A: Read the error message carefully! The errors are specific and if it says that your card was not processed it may be because your bank/card company rejected the transaction. Please try calling them to authorize the transaction, make your purchase, and they will let it go through. If the error says that you have not filled in all the required fields please make sure you have entered information into all of them! MAKE SURE TO SCROLL UP AND DOWN AND SIDE TO SIDE to make sure you see all the required fields.
Q: Where do I put in my credit card or registration information?
A: If you are receiving an error message or can’t see where to fill in your information please make sure that you scroll down to see all the required fields and/or more information about the event. You may even have to scroll side to side depending on your browser settings, screen size, or if you are using a mobile device.
Q: I would like a refund, how do I get one?
A: Please contact the event organizer if you have a question about a refund. Their contact information will be available on their Event Farm website.
Q: I never received a confirmation email, what do I do?
A: First, please check your email spam filter for your purchase receipt or confirmation email. If you still can’t find it please contact the event organizer and ask them to resend your purchase receipt or confirmation email. Their contact information will be available on their Event Farm website.
Q: I want to change my responses to the questions I had to answer when I purchased my ticket/responded to my invitation, how do I do that?
A: Please contact your event organizer if you need to change your question responses.
