- Program Description
JRNI group and its subsidiaries may use SMS text messaging to send you updates such as appointment / event reminders, appointment / event confirmation and appointment / event changes. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our services.
- Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from JRNI Group. Your consent is not a condition of purchase, and participation is voluntary.
- Opt-Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
- Help
If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [support@jrni.com].
- Message & Data Rates
We do not charge you to receive SMS messages from us. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for receiving or replying to our SMS messages, depending on your plan. Charges are billed and payable directly to your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Eligibility & Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate in our SMS program. You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and keeping it up to date.
