Crafting the Adobe Experience
Overview
Adobe hosted a VIP reception at Tao nightclub in Vegas during Adobe Summit, their largest event of the year.
Challenge
As part of their annual conference, Adobe needed an engaging experience for all guest interactions at their invite-only networking reception. It was important for the attendee experience to be brand-forward, frictionless and most importantly, engaging, since the guests included top customers and Adobe executives.
Solution
Leveraging Event Farm technology, the VIP experience included a branded website for pre-event registration, a check-in app to track attendance and activate NFC-enabled branded wristbands, and Event Farm’s EFx mobile app to run the experience on-site.

Exclusivity
The registration experience set the tone of the event with branded visuals and clear messaging that showed the exclusivity of the event by being a non-transferable, invite only VIP event for corporate customers that were registrants of the Adobe Summit conference.
Engagement
Using SMS polling, attendees that checked into the event were engaged every 30 minutes via text to vote for the next song the DJ should play and the results were displayed on a large screen.
Social
Brand ambassadors roamed around the event to capture attendees’ photos with snapchat-like branded filters. Photos were delivered via text message to make it easy for attendees to share via social channels and highlighted on a large screen in real time.
